Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-05-07T15:23Z ( STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-05-07T15:23:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
GAP: Data gap
Ha: Bright emission (likely H-alpha emission)
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
EUVW: EUV Wave
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: Wide CME observed to the NE in GOES CCOR-1 (partially obscured by pylon) and to the N/NE in STEREO A COR2. Not yet observed in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 due to a scheduled downlink gap. The source is a far-sided active region over the NE limb, most recently observed ~N20E110 by Solar Orbiter EUI at 2026-05-07T00:01Z in SolO EUI 304, so the region is likely around E110-E100 by this time. The eruption is observed as a slow rise in field lines in SDO AIA 171 beginning as early as 2026-05-07T13:18Z, with a more eruptive kick at 2026-05-07T14:34Z. A single large field line loop rises up carrying filament material with it, observed across SDO AIA 171/193/211/304. Associated with a long-duration M2.6 flare peaking at 2026-05-07T15:14Z observed in SDO AIA 131, and post-eruptive arcades visible over the limb.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
